NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Rule 20(2) of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (Membership and Council) Rules, 2001 that the Thirty Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants will be held on a virtual basis on Saturday, 24 September 2022 at 10.00 a.m.

The virtual Annual General Meeting will be conducted online, without a physical meeting venue, and members will participate remotely.

Registration for 36^th AGM

Members may register for the 36^th MIA AGM at conveneagm.com/my/miaagm2022.

We encourage members to register by 5:00 p.m. on 23 September 2022 to ensure your smooth access to the platform on the day of the AGM (24 September 2022, Saturday, 10:00 a.m.).

In the event that your registration for the AGM is unsuccessful, this may be due to incorrect or incomplete information provided. Please contact Ms Perinbarani or Ms Suhaida at 03-27229000 or email at info.assist@mia.org.my for assistance.

Guidelines for Visiting MIA Head Office

Please be informed that members are allowed to walk-in to MIA Head Office subject to registration with Building Management which is required for all visitors to the building at the Lobby Reception.

Please do take note that your Identification Card (IC) is required for the purpose of registration.

For members who would like to request for replacement AGM documents, please complete the “Ballot Paper/Proxy Form Replacement” available under the Links header above and return it via email to the MIA Main Office or your respective Regional Offices as follows:
